It requires a Key card for entry and all the extraction points require you to complete a specific task to use them. The Lab is arguably the most complex map of the game. This is well-balanced map, with a good amount of loot and extraction points scattered about. The most fun thing about this map is that a train arrives at the station, which players can use as an exit. It is basically an army base with a train station right in the middle of it. If you just want to exit the mall, go through the north or south exits and go to the closest extraction point. The only thing that you might find tricky is making your way out of the shopping mall. All of them are outside, so it is not hard at all to find them. It’s hard to make your way around this map, as it has numerous layers, and even an area outside.ĭespite its size, there are only three extraction points. 14 players can play at once in this map, on its three-level shopping mall. Interchange is a very large map in fact, one of the largest in the whole game. This is why it’s not as popular as the other maps but it’s still a decent map nonetheless. The map is pretty large, making for a lot of running. Most of the extraction points in Woods lie on the edges of the map, while the points of interest are mainly in the center, giving the map a very interesting dynamic. Due to how many points of interest this map has, it’s quite easy to understand where you need to go. Players usually start on one side of the map, with the extraction point being on the other. It boasts a great number of objectives, extraction points and loot. It has three extraction points which are pretty easy to find, as two of them are marked by large exit doors, and the other one is in the tunnels.Ĭustoms seems to be the current fan-favorite map in Escape from Tarkov. Due to its small size, the tension stays high as you can run into a player anytime. This map works great if you want to play a match quickly. It can hold only six players at once and has a few relatively small, dark rooms. This means that if you’re in a really sticky situation, you can just keep running along the outskirts and you’ll eventually come across an extraction point.įactory is the smallest map in the game. Most of the extraction points of Shoreline are on the edge of the map.

I am grateful for this opportunity to share my life changing Indonesian experience of the art of Batik with the greater Houston community. I hope viewers can connect with the nature, rhythm and process of Batik making and leave with a greater appreciation and understanding of the craft. This symbolizes how Omori was supposed to take the burden of Sunny's guilt upon himself, keeping it locked away in the depths of Sunny's mind. 'Omori' can also mean 'weight' or 'burden' in Japanese. Indonesian Batik represents such high standards for the craft, that it has been designated as a Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, 2009. The name 'Omori' is likely also a pun to the phrase of 'hikikomori' (Japanese for 'shut-in'), which fits Sunny's lifestyle ever since Mari's demise. The year 2019 marked the 70th year of diplomatic relations between the US and Indonesia. Prior to my departure to Indonesia, I scripted an idea of a video which is now available to view: A Day with Ismoyo and Nia, 2019 The images in the show represent only a handful of my experiments in Batik during the two month’s residency at the Babaran Segaragunung Culture House, in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. With a camera around my neck, I documented the Indonesian culture while focusing on my artist-hosts, whose lives intertwined with the Batik process of designing, waxing, and dyeing cloth- a process which served them as a spiritual path of enlightenment. My application for sabbatical research was awarded by the Lone Star College System, 2017, and in 2018 I left for Indonesia to visit museums and historic sites, and to immerse myself in the history and art of Batik making. One missing feature that I would have liked to see is the ability to view any sort of file information, such as the type of audio file, bitrate, sample rate, and bit depth information. These features, however, are all listed as coming soon in the Play Store description. There are some notable features which are missing, such as the lack of crossfade or gapless playback support, the lack of ChromeCast support for music that is stored on Google Drive, the inability to add or edit track metadata or album art, and the inability to upload music from your device to the cloud from directly within the app. The overflow menu button brings up the 10-band equalizer, SuperSound settings (simulated surround sound settings for headphones), browse currently playing artist, browse currently playing album, and clear play queue options. The bottom of the Now Playing screen houses an ‘Up Next’ section, allowing you to view and quickly jump around the entire playlist. You can swipe left and right on the album art to quickly advance through the playlist, or tap the album art to be able to rate the currently playing track. This screen is nicely laid out and functional, and includes high quality album art, play/previous/next buttons, shuffle and repeat controls, a scrolling title bar in ‘track name-artist name’ format, and elapsed/remaining track times. Selecting something for playback will take you to the Now Playing screen, or you can slide it up from the bottom to access it from anywhere within the app. While browsing the library, overflow menus can be used to make tracks or selections available offline, added to an existing or new playlist, added to the play queue, or deleted. Once you connect your cloud storage accounts and allow CloudPlayer to access them, a database is built and organized using track metadata and album art. From the settings menu, you can link to or re-scan your cloud storage services, which include Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive, toggle the use of cellular data on or off, change the default sorting option, set up Last.fm scrobbling, or reset the music database. Cloudplay subscriptions Offline#From here, you can also show only tracks you’ve downloaded for offline playback and have stored locally, as well as access the settings menu. The hamburger menu pops out and allows quick and easy access to sorting options, such as Albums, Artists, Playlists, Songs, Genres, and Composers. It offers Material design, and revolves around a gesture-based interface for navigating around your music library. The app itself borrows a lot of visual and operational cues from Google Play Music, which isn’t a bad thing. Cloudplay subscriptions trial#Upon first opening the app, you are greeted with this information, and can proceed with a 7-day free trial of these “premium” features by logging in with your Google account. Cloudplay subscriptions download#There is Chromecast and Apple AirPlay support, and Last.FM scrobbling is built-in.ĬloudPlayer is a free download from the Google Play Store, however a one time in-app purchase of $4.99 is needed to unlock the most desirable features, including the cloud storage functionality itself, Chromecast and AirPlay support, and the equalizer and other sound processing features. At any time, you can make any file or playlist available for offline playback, and restrict the data needed for streaming to WiFi networks only. This is probably the biggest reason to use CloudPlayer over other digital music locker services, as most others re-encode lossless or high-resolution files to some type of lossy format. It supports MP3, AAC, OGG, M4A, WAV, and WMA files, and as of version 1.0.4, also supports FLAC files, including those at higher resolutions (up to 24-bit, 192kHz audio). Then, it builds from all available sources to create a database, and organizes it into one music library, complete with album art, tags, and metadata. The app links to your Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive accounts, as well as pulls from local storage, and scans each for compatible media. Simply stated, doubleTwist’s CloudPlayer allows you build your own music streaming service from the files you already have, using the cloud storage services you already use.
